Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Buko (“the App”), operated by NIXLIGHT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (“we”, “us”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & access

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your region) to use Buko. You may register using the sign-in methods available in the App. To protect users and the service, we may limit, suspend, or require additional verification for registration or access.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email and device secure. Provide accurate information and keep your profile up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Buko to:

• break the law or infringe others’ rights;
• harass, threaten, or abuse others, or send spam or unsolicited bulk messages;
• use bots or automation to spam, scrape users, impersonate others, or send messages without user consent;
• distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service;
• post or share content that is unlawful, hateful, or sexually exploitative.

4. Content & moderation

You retain ownership of the content you send. You grant us a limited license to transmit, store, and process that content solely to operate the App. You are responsible for what you send. We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Users can block others and report content, which enters a moderation queue.

5. Bots and agents

Buko may allow approved bots or agents. If you create, operate, or connect a bot, you are responsible for its behavior, replies, data handling, and compliance with these Terms and applicable law. Keep bot tokens secret, do not collect or use user content beyond what is necessary for the bot experience, and do not mislead users about who operates the bot. We may limit, disable, or revoke bot access to protect users or the service.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Service availability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NIXLIGHT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or messages, arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from in-app Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect users and the service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “Last updated” date.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NIXLIGHT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

本条款约束你对 Buko(“本应用”)的使用,本应用由 NIXLIGHT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED(“我们”)运营。使用本应用即表示你同意本条款。

1. 资格与准入

你须年满 13 周岁(或你所在地区要求的最低年龄)方可使用 Buko。你可以使用应用内提供的登录方式注册。为保护用户与服务,我们可能限制、暂停注册或访问,或要求额外验证。

2. 你的账号

你对账号下的活动负责,并应妥善保管你的邮箱与设备访问权限。请提供准确信息并保持资料更新。

3. 可接受使用

你同意不将 Buko 用于:

• 违法或侵犯他人权利;
• 骚扰、威胁、辱骂他人,或发送垃圾信息/未经请求的群发消息;
• 使用 Bot 或自动化能力发送垃圾信息、抓取用户、冒充他人,或在未获用户同意的情况下发送消息;
• 传播恶意软件,或试图破坏、逆向、未经授权访问本服务;
• 发布或分享违法、仇恨或性剥削内容。

4. 内容与审核

你对自己发送的内容保留所有权。你授予我们有限许可,仅为运营本应用而传输、存储和处理该内容。你对所发送内容负责。对于违反本条款的内容或账号,我们可移除内容或暂停/终止账号。用户可拉黑他人并举报内容,被举报内容将进入审核队列。

5. Bot 与 Agent

Buko 可能允许经批准的 Bot 或 Agent 接入。如果你创建、运营或连接 Bot,你需要对该 Bot 的行为、回复、数据处理以及遵守本条款和适用法律负责。请妥善保管 Bot token,不要在 Bot 体验所必需范围之外收集或使用用户内容,也不要误导用户该 Bot 的运营方。为保护用户或服务,我们可以限制、禁用或撤销 Bot 访问权限。

6. 隐私

你对本应用的使用同时受我们的 隐私政策 约束。

7. 服务可用性

本应用按“现状”和“现有”提供,不附带任何形式的保证。我们可随时修改、暂停或停止功能,不保证服务不中断或无差错。

8. 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内,对于因你使用本应用而产生的间接、附带、特殊或后果性损害,或数据/消息丢失,NIXLIGHT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED 不承担责任。

9. 终止

你可随时停止使用本应用,并在应用内设置中注销账号。对于违反本条款,或为保护用户与服务,我们可暂停或终止访问。

10. 条款变更

我们可能更新本条款。变更生效后继续使用即视为接受。重大变更将在本页更新,并标注新的“最后更新”日期。

11. 适用法律

本条款受 NIXLIGHT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED 注册成立地法律管辖,不适用其冲突法规则。
